I’m the co-founder and CEO of Your AirHost, a short term rental management company in London that I launched in 2018.

I’m passionate about innovation and delivering excellent service, which continues to drive our success in this competitive industry.

Clément Bernard - Head of Operations

Originally from France (as the name suggests!) and now proudly British after nearly a decade in London, I bring a strong background in hospitality to my role overseeing operations at YAH.

With years of experience managing restaurants and hotels, I’m passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating smooth, welcoming experiences for every guest.

Valentin Szantai - Finance and  Systems Manager

I have been working in a variety of roles at Your AirHost that have given me a deep understanding of how our business operates.

As Finance and Systems Manager, I manage finance and accounts while also building and maintaining automations that help our team work smarter and more efficiently.

Jane Mack - Senior Account Manager

I’m Jane and I have been in the short term rental industry since 2010, having owned my own property management and holiday letting company with my husband.  After selling it to a UK national company I worked as a consultant in the industry, started a podcast for short term rental hosts and became a speaker at several industry events.



I now bring my years of experience and hands-on knowledge to Your AirHost, to support our property owners in their short term letting journey. 

Anna Márton - Office Administration Assistant

Hi, I am Anna and I started working in the industry in 2024, but with extensive experience in data management and office administration, I am here to optimise and maximise the effectiveness of the office administration in London’s short let marketplace.

David Bostina -  Operations/Onboarding Executive and Marketing

Hi, I’m David. With over two years of experience in the industry, I’m a key member of the Onboarding team, where I specialize in ensuring that every new property we acquire is published across multiple platforms and effectively marketed. 



I leverage channels like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more to maximize profits and ensure broad visibility.
